Hello, Thank you for visiting my Web Page. I would like you to know Japan itself and beauty of Japan through selling wonserful japanese items. I will try to find atractive Japanese items as much as possible and explain the feature of items in a careful manner. Return Policy
Return
MMH Collectibles Japan inspects all merchandise when we receive it and ship it, and we are confident that all merchandise is in perfect condition when shipped. To maintain the integrity of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for opened or worn merchandise. Exceptions will be made if the contents are damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturer defect, but we hold the right to refuse the return or charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the merchandise has been worn or damaged. The shipping cost will be covered by us, only for the return caused by damaged product during shipping or manufactuer defect.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for your personal reason, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price, but we cannot accept returns for opened or worn merchandise. The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Exchange
MMH Colectibles inspects all merchandise when we receive it and ship it, and we are confident that all merchandise is in perfect condition when shipped. Just in case that you receive a damaged product during shipping or a defected product by the manufactuer, we can exchange merchandise within 14 days(2 weeks) as long as the item you are returning has not been opened or damaged. If we don't have any replacement in stock and it takes a long time to get any replacement, we will give you a full refund of the product price.
Return Process
In case that delivered items are damaged, please contact us from the following message page or send a message to store mail address.
Please provide the following information on the message: name, address, email address, phone number and a breif description about damaged condition, if available. We will respond immediately and start to discuss details of return or exchange process.
Please return the damaged item by collect to the following address. If you cannot return it by collect, please claim the shipping cost to us. We will pay it via Paypal. We might ask you to dispose the damaged item in stead of its return.

Economy Shipping (Japan Post registered SAL shipping)-- 3 - 4 weeks delivery with Tracking number and Insurance(Economy shipping is not tentatively available due to Corona Pandemic.)- Standard Shipping (Japan Post registered AIR shipping)-- 7 - 10 days delivery with Tracking number and Insurance
- EMS shipping (tentatively due to Japan Post susupention)-- 3 - 5 days delivery with Tracking number and Insurance
