  Local Government Act of Japan started 60 years ago and JAPAN 47 PREFECTURES COIN PROGRAM has been started in commemoration. In additon to publication of 1,000yen and 500 yen coin, the stamp sheet of each prefecture is to be published one by one as memorial stamps. KAGAWA stamp sheet is 36th release and contains five 82yen stamps.
  1. Ritsurin Park
    2.  This park is in Takamatsu City and the largest Cultual Heritage Garden in Japan
     This park was build for the local lord during EDO ERA (17th-18th century).
  2. GENNAI HIRAGA and his invention ELEKITERU
    3.  GENNAI HIRAGA (1728-1780) is a well known pharmacologist.
  3. Marugame Castle
    4.  This castle was built 400 hundred years ago and its stone wall is famous for its height and beauty. Marugame Castle is one of best hundred castles.
  4. Coin shape sand painting in Kotohiki Park
    5.  Kotohiki Park is a part of Setonaikai national park and designated as National beauty spot. Coin shape sand painting is drawn with ancient old coin - KaneiTsuho coin.
